I have been receiving these notices in the form of a postcard for year now and have always ignored them. Out of curiosity i looked the company up on the web and came across this site.

I just wanted to add my information to the update and thank everyone else who has. Yesterday i received a green postcard stating "we are trying to reach you", this time with a new phone number 800-581-3318.
