Pat Haines - Magazines they said these magazines were $1.29 and charged my creditcard $67.08

I got a urgent letter in the mail saying, Dear Sheila, we are trying to reach you regarding your 2,100, 000,00 sweepstakes id# Sincerely-Pat Haines, sales rep. So i called the toll free no# and it went from winning to buying magazines for a $1.29 so i did they insisted for my credit card and i said send me a bill, but they still needed my number so i did and then they charged my credit card $67.08. I did not agree to this at all, so now these inconcered people are charging me a monthly fee. I also called the number they gave me to cancell and cancelled but these people did not know nothing about magazines. There numbers is 1-888/425/5874 or 1-888/840/6306.
And there address is N.M. E 16120 u. S 19 north clearwater, Fl 33764.
