Qchex allowed Nigerian based representatives to open an account in my business name, using my bank account number, and wrote checks to unauthorized persons as if they came from us.
They have no desire or mechanism to check the authenticity of persons setting up accounts. This works hand in hand with the scam programs that are now operating worldwide.
