I chose not to sign on with Nhcd. I decided I didn't want to make outbound telemarketing calls. I had already enrolled and they charged me $20 for that. I knew I had to wait 30 days to get that back. But they charged me the $18.95 for the long distance they use. I wrote the letter requesting a refund. It came about 3 weeks later. This is the fun part. I cashed the check they sent me thinking this was over, right? The bank turned around and charged me a chargeback for their check plus a $5 fee for doing it. So I definitely wanted to put my 2 cents in about this company.
