We, too, have been "ripped off" by IDCSERVCO as I wonder how many hundreds of others have. They contacted us by phone on numerous occasions to the point of being annoying to indicate that they were our "printer supply" people. One of our employees was told that they would "hold" their special deal on toner for us if he would just sign the faxed form sent to him. Unbeknownst to him, he signed an order form.
Today, we received a box from IDCSERVCO, listing 1 toner cartridge at $398.00 plus shipping and handling charges of $49.75 (the box weighs 4 pounds and was sent by UPS, no special handling). All calls to them have resulted in, "no one is available to speak to you at this time" responses.
I plan to fax them (if their number is a working one!) and give them the choice of either; 1) sending a return postage paid mailing label and crediting our account in full, including the outrageous shipping and handling charges 2) our keeping whatever is in the opened box without payment, or 3) our turning them over to the state Attorney General.
