I have been told by my doctor that I must quit smoking. I saw an ad for Cigarrest. It said that I could try a thirty day supply of their product "free" by sending $6.95 for shipping and handling.
I did this and recieved the product in he mail a few days later. It wasn't working so I stopped using it. However approx. 30days later I had a $99.00 unauthorized deduction from my bank account by this company which caused me pentitles from my bank and a negative o in my account.
I contacted the company and they said theysent me a 90day supply that I agreed to and billed me for it. I never agreed to either the 90 days or any deduction from my account.
I returned the product by priorty mail like they said and have proof they recieved it but they have neither refunded my money nor even acknowldged me period. Can you help?
