I ordered the Singer Lazer Storm in June; my credit card was charged on 07/12/05. I have emailed repeatedly for some answer regarding delivery of the unit. I was able to speak with someone once on the phone who promised they would put a "rush" on my order. This was on 09/12/05 - three months after my credit card was charged. Now I cannot reach anyone by phone or email. All email attempts are blocked. I thought I was fairly smart. I got duped this time.
