I ordered a Miliinex vacuum cleaner from the television. The purchase price was for $ 120.00 total with 3 monthly installments of $39.99. It offered a free vacuum cleaner if you ordered within the next 15 minutes.
I placed my order and became suspicious when they said it will take 72 hours to process your order. I did write down the phone number they gave me and called 72 hours later.
A recording came on but you could not talk to a person and that made me more suspicious. I kept an eye on my checking account to see what will happen.
Thank Goodness I am on a first name basis with the people at my credit union. When I called and found out I was $ 280.00 in the negative on my account, I knew what happened. It was Millinex.
I have filed an affidavit with my credit union to get my money returned to my account. My credit union also pulled up this website after I gave them the information and will not accept anything from this company without a member authorizing it first.
I called 1-800-711-8357 which is the telephone number they gave my credit union and like the prior customer on the first web page, they were saying they are open between the hours of 8:30am - 5:00pm central time. I was calling at 10:30am central time. That telephone call is what made me search the internet under the company name "Brass Logistics" and how I found this website.
