Ripoff Psychic, Never heard from after sending money for reading, wrote her two letters to return money and got no responses

I received a letter from Dr. Ellen Vale in July On Aug., 8 I sent her a $25 Money Order and I haven't heard from her since. I wrote her a letter, stating that I wanted my reading, during the beginnig of Sept. The second week in Sept., I wrote to her for the return of my money.

I do wish that people like this would be prosecuted.
