UMG Buyersedge has repeadiately charged made a credit charge to my checking account at the Bank of America. I never entered into any kind of a contract, negotiation, authorization or have given permission for Buyersedge to charge my bank account.
I am currently living in Spain. This charge came up while I was at my home in Florida. I called the 888 number before leaving for Spain and they agreed to stop all charges to me bank and sent the bank a debit notice of refund.
I have been in Spain since May and will be returning to the USA in December. During this time Buyersedge has continued to collect $9.99 monthly from my account.
It costs more than $9.99 for a overseas call to an 888 number. I was postponing contacting Buyersedge until I returned in December.
I found the "Rip-Off" website today, Sept 11. I figure that it's worth my time to sit down and send this e-mail.
