My roomate and I recently moved in to lakefront. When we first got here we LOVED it. Its truely beautiful. However, as the days went by problems started to arise. We have had MANY plumbing problems as well as plenty of other maintenance issues. I wrote the complex THREE letters and spoke with them multiple times. I spoke with Jessica who promised us an EMERGENCY plumber over the holday weekend due to unbearable living conditions. We were supposed to go camping during the weekend but ended up staying in tempe. When the plumber never came... We were PISSED.
So when tuesday rolled around I called Jessica Back and complained. She actually had the nerve to tell me that a plumber had come over the weekend while i was gone. At this point I was furious. I made it very clear that if there was any water damage to the floor that I was not going to be held responsible. She then gave me attitude and blew me off. Eventually after both me and my roomate complained repeatidly the issues MOSTLY got resolved.
In ANOTHER incident, my roomate and I got STUCK IN THE ELAVATOR. The call help button does not work. We had to wait around for twenty minutes until the doors finally opened on the floor below ours. When we reported this incident nobody in the office was even close to apologizing and actually said " why didnt you call us" " you could always take the stairs" (up to the fifth floor by the way) and " well it will be fixed eventually but there isnt much i can do until then"
Overall i love the property, the location is great, and the neighbors are great. As far as the management, I am very unsatisfied. I have however met the maintenance man, and he is very kind and tries to help as much as possible.
