This company makes it's reporting so complicated it is almost impossible to do then when you are sure you have done everything the exact way they require, they tell you the report is invalid and refuse to pay you.
You must down load pages and pages of their forms and rule books, then you must print out pages and pages of question forms and then you must travel up to 100 miles one way to do these "secret shops". Some require you to pretend to purchase cell phones and service and then you are required to take it all back to the company and if you even make one tiny mistake in spelling you will not get paid. They say they have "spell check" at the end of their on-line reporting system, but they do not.
They do not reimburse you for gas or ink in your computer or postage you only get reimbursed for what they require you to purchase and you get a small fee for doing it, that is if "they" feel they wish to pay you. They don't like "negative" reports. I shopped a fast food restaurant. I did it is 2 parts as walk in and a drive through and the place was a dirty mess, the food was not cooked properly and the service was bad too, so I reported it this way and was told that I did not preform the "walk in" part and that this particular restaurant was evaluated 2 weeks earlier and passed!
So what does that tell you!? They more than likely had no intention of paying in the first place and they don't report negative evaluations to their clients! I don't know what this companies problems are but they sure hate to part with a buck! I would of only been paid $8.50 for all the dirving I did, the 2 meals I had to eat, all the papers I had to print out all the time I spent on line filing reports and they have the nerve to tell me I didn't complete one part of the job. Well I have proof that I did! I even had to fax them the receipts which still have, plus I still have all my reports!
I was warned about this secret shopper business! They can use your reports and then refuse to pay you! This is a big rip off!
