This company goes to great length to PROVE (AVS match, CVV2/CID match, Identifying my "user name" and "password", IP match) that I disputed (reversed) charges made to my credit card (Navy Federal Credit Union), something I have never denied.in the first place I cannot of my own authority dispute charges to my credit card. What You do is tell your credit card company that you want to dispute the charges, and the credit card company refunds you the money.
However, the company whose charges you are disputing is given 45 days to challenge your dispute. If they can prove that you received the services or the product you were charged for then you cannot keep your refund. Don't these IDIOTS at Neville Group Inc. Know this? They didn't even get the name of the company whose charges I disputed right. They sent me four form letters claiming more that 6 thousand dollars from charges I disputed, and one of the letters didn't have the correct sum of money. I would like to know how they got the credit card number I was using. This has got to be CRIMINAL!!! I sent them a strong rebuttal letter, return receipt requested, of course. I also notified them that I had reported them to the FTC (Fair Trade Commission) and to the Attorney General of the state of New York. I wonder how many people they have SCARED into sending them money. These people at Neville Group Inc. Need to be hounded of business asap.
