Tele-ten, Tele-10 ripoff keep promising to fulfill contract from April always same story never come through

I signed up in April for 38 leads they had the fedex guy pick up the check and they sent a couple early on after calling them because I didn't get any then they stopped and never came through I call them over and over and over and they promise me they will send the leads I purchased but they just continue to lie over and over and after no return calls I finally get through they usually will promise me Im on the list then I might get one and then they stop again and the hole process starts over.
