To whom it may concern;
Back on July 25th. My husband and I signed to get help to get traffic to our website on line. It cost us $197.00. We never recieved the help we thought we were going to get.
About two weeks later we sent them an e-mail and told them to cancel the program and to please send back our money and to this day we still have not gotten our refund.
Just this last week my husband (Scott) sent them another e-mail asking for a refund and still no reply. And in an e-mail they said that they were going to be taking out another payment.
To the both of us it seems like they don't even read the e-mails that we have sent them. Either that or they disregard the refund requests.
