Ripoff on my phone bill from this company without my permission for service I didn't ask for

I just opened my SBC bill for Aug 5 and found a billing from OAN Services, Inc. For "PRIVASAFE EMAIL SVC" monthly fee. I have no idea who or what this company is and did not sign up for any service as we have been out of town for two months on the west coast and not on the computer or near our telephone for any possible contact from these people. I will refuse to pay this part of my bill and send all of this information to Austin, TX to be filed with the Attorney General's office. I have had to do this with another situation and they were very helpful and I have not had any other problems regarding that other company. I feel that if every person that received fraudulent billing would do this in their respective states, we could put a stop to this type of ripoff.
