Suman, the cheater took from me, the amount of 3000 USD (My Hard Earned Money) for filing I140/I-485 concurrent process.
Later he gave back 2200 check and is bounced back.
Later he told he cannot proceed with my case due to some reasons.
He promised he will return my Hard Earned Money 3000USD
but he ditched me, cheated me.
Now he is not in contact with me.
I want to trace this guy and take legal action on him.
