The manager. Kirstin called me down to her office and told me Mr. Rosen would reglaze my filthy tub on 1 condition. That I sign a new lease at the regular rent price. I told her it has been on my sheet since I moved in about the tub.
I told her I would be happy to tell Mr. Rosen that it's unacceptable to barter for a clean tub reguardless who pays the higher % of rent. This woman has got to be something else. My mother was a property manager for over 5 yrs and there is something totally illegal about this!
I even had more than two other business asscociates that I deal with talk a glance at the tub and they didn't even have to run their finger down to lift up the grit. This is totally getting out of hand. I should be able to relaxe my muscles in a tub and I won;t get in dirt.
I'm on a program that helps people with disabilities live independently. I feel they are taking advange of this. I know you are much more aware of the laws and the ways rules should be run. I'm just afraid I just don';t want to end up on the streets again without a roof over my head. I can;t go back to that. Please help me..
