This is a warning to all Sales Representatives in New York City. There is a guy by the name of David Newman from The Learning Curve in Long Island that is trying to sell an educational product to families through Direct Sales Representatives.
You never get the oppurtunity to see, feel, touch or demo the product. You sell the product primarily from a one piece flyer.
However, the problem is that David Newman promises a lot of back end money for selling the product. And when your back end money has accumulated he does not want to pay, and he then finds ways and means of getting rid of you, so that he does not want to pay you all of your commissions.
He acts very shady, in the sense that he is hardly ever in the office. The office is always closed and he is only there when he has to meet you to collect the documents and money.
He does not returns phone calls, and he has his assistance all the way in Tampa, Florida that speaks to you whenever she wants to... That is probably after speaking to him.
He has a lot of money owning to me, and he is not returning my calls. I will be taking him to court very soon. I will not walk away easily.
However, if any one out there should get a call from him, please be careful, he is a con artist. All he does on a daily basis is call all the sales reps that have their resumes online and promises them lots of money for selling his product.
Do not fall into his trap. He is a ripoff.
