Ripoff, manipulative employees cheat and lie on behalf of company

After learning i had been charged for the amount of 312.00 instead of 156.00 as the telemarketer told me; i called and cancelled the order. After calling over forty times and spending over two hours on the phone
they told me that i would get a refund in twenty one days.

I called on the twenty first day and they told me that the four vacuum cleaners had been sent, but i told them that i only wanted one and i had already cancelled the order. They told me that i had to wait until the package arrived and then return it and then, put another claim.

What an easy way to rip someone off. As far as i am concern i will not stop until i get my money back and will advise everyone in my power never to sponsor singer or any company afiliated with singer or igia.
