I couldn't believe the audacity of this NBPI/USSA Sweepstakes SCAM. The outfit doesn't even have a sponsor mentioned on either the mailing envelope or entry "FORM W-915". The only indication of a sponsor are the letters NBPI, printed on the generously prepaid envelope, where we're supposed to pay a $20 "document fee", just to be ripped off. Then there's USSA, a "research and reporting service", which claims no liability or affiliation with the sweepstakes, yet shares the same PO Box as NBPI and is the designated recipient of your $20 document fee! So why does the payment envelope have NBPI on it?
For effect, there is a completely illegible signature, printed on the form.
I have never seen such a blatant attempt to rip off prospective entrants, by an outfit using cryptic initials only with no mention of the actual sponsor's name, anywhere. The only name given applies to USSA which claims no affiliation, of course!
