Ripoff Dead Beat Dad

This dead beat dad, or should i say father, has not paid child support for 3 years. He paints (houses inside and out) for a living and usually gets paid under the table for these little side jobs. He only does enough to get him through the week and half of the time, he gets the money up front from his customers for the paint, and never returns. Most of his life he has lived in Frederick Md, but in later years, have lived in Gaithersburg, Md and now is believed to live in Damascus, Md. He has long dark hair, beety dark eyes, about 6 foot tall, skinny (maybe 150) missing his 2 front teeth, drinks like a fish and is always arguing and beating up his girlfriend Ruth, so, if anyone knows where this dead beat peice of crap dad is, please contact me via E-Mail @ [email protected]
