Calling people (including myself) to sell "benefit packages" which never arrive after paid for. Calling them to speak to someone about a refund is useless because "frank younger" who is in charge of "processing" isn't around to answer his phone according to "charles brown" who answers the phone w / "customer service, how can i help you?" but will tell you he's in charge of shipping for "speed street" so all he does is ship out the benefit packages and that "frank younger" will have to handle the call if it's in regards to a refund.
