On aug. 26 Golden one benefits took $229.95 out of my bank account after they promised me two credit cards with 5,000 limits, I have called them several times only to be told to "call back in 10 minutes for a manager" then they hang up on you. After calling back again they have said many different responses, such as "give it 15 more days", "manager is not in" or after you tell them the problem about not receiving the package they promised they say they are a manager then they are not, Or "some one will call you back" - which never happens, they are very rude, In November they also said they would credit my account in 15 days, which never happened, I think these scam artists need to be dealt with, they are ripping off alot of people. Please hELP, (I'M A SINGLE MOM OF 3 KIDS and really couldn't afford to get ripped off for that money)
