Ripoff/took moneyout of my account that I did not authorize

I got a grant package from this company, back in febuary of this year. I paid for that information and now it is June and my account has been deducted $19.95 for the month of June and $19.95 for the month of July. I do not Know why they have taken the money out of this account. I do want my money back and I have already talked to my bank and have started the necessary paperwork that needs to be started. I want my name and my information taken off of from first national health care benefits automatic bank draft. I also want the illegal withdraws to STOP NOW!
