Ripoff, scam, defrauds, unauthorize use of account Charlote

I went to the bank yesterday to get some money. I was told that my account was in the red. I was told that there was an automatic draft for $299.95 from First National Healthcare Benefits.

The Bank told me to call them to get the charge reverse. I call them about 20 times before anyone answered the phone. I spoke to a very rude lady name Julie who informed me that I had sign up for a government grant package, last month and that I was charged 29.95 then.

I have never signed up for anything, but upon checking my bank statement there was a charge for that amount. I have no idea how they got my checking info to debit my account either time. I am now trying to get both amounts credited back to my account without much sucess. I keep calling First National and they keep hanging up on me.
