I too was sold a sick puppy from WOC. Not only was he sick, but when i picked him up from the airport he was in desperate need of a good grooming! One would think that if you get a pet from a reputable place and spend about $2400. They could at least have them groomed.
My poor 2 pound poodle puppy had such dry skin, his fur was so long and matted. I immediatley took him to our groomer, which you would normally need an appointment, however she felt so bad for him that she groomed him right away for me.
He had a runny nose and bad cough - which did not happen over night, according to my vet. It took 3 vet visits and numerous antibiotics, including shots that i had to give him. He is now a healthy puppy. I feel that i rescued the puppy. I do have to say that WOC did however reimburse my vet bills. That still does not justify selling sick puppies, who knows what conditions this poor puppy was staying in???
