Ripoff, Ordered heartworm meds on 6/6. Never arrived. Billed on credit card. Called 6/29. Told backordered. Still not here. California

Ordered Heartworm medication on June 9; on the internet. Was supposed to arrive in 4 to 6 days. Charged to credit card. I have a confirmation number on this order. Order never arrived.

E mailed the company and got NO reply.

Called the company and was told item was back ordered and would be sent in early July. Still hasn't arrived and my credit card was charged for the meds and shipping.
