Buyers beware! Do not deal with Toy Express Auto in San Mateo. These people are outright rude, and fraudulent. They make up stories as if they are trying to play you as a stupid person. Watch out for a saleman named Fabrizio as well as his manager.
Both of them will do the following:
1) Tell you a car has not been sold yet. Then when you get there, tell you it has been sold and try to make you buy a different car;
2) Make up stories that they spoke to you or his manager about a certain car, and you've already made a verbal contract;
3) Curse at you in the most horrific ways in front of their own customers;
4) Fraudulent advertising;
5) Impose the "Sleezy salesman" complex on you.
These people claim on their own website the following false statement: "At Toy Express, we understand the importance of your investment. That's why we work so hard to bring you the best possible car at a very affordable price. Our cars are hand-picked and tested thoroughly to ensure the most reliable ride for our customers. Our business is strictly built on customer satisfaction, leading to a good 'word of mouth' and repeat business. Thank you for visiting our web site and we hope you find the car that's right for you." YET, they turn around and do the very opposite, and curse you off the face of the earth!
Do not deal with these people. It is for your own good!
