This time they recorded her giving them this information but neglected to record how they convinced her to give up her bank info or if they asked her how old she was. When she told me about this she thought she had won a scholership due to all her hard work keeping up her GPA.
At first I was delighted for her until she said that they tookk her bank info and had already debited her account for $29.99.
Then I was sceptical so I got all the info she had on this outfit and first tried to call them to no avail. This I thought was fishy and then I looked on the internet and second from the top on a google search I saw the consumer complaints. I have yet to find a legitimate web site for this outfit but never the less it is in fact a very underhanded and devious way to aquire peoples personal information not to mention the fact that they solicit minors and trick them out of thier money.
My kid works in pizza parlor washing dishes and bussing tables. When I called the 800 410-1682 I had to let it ring and ring probably 25-30 rings before they answered.
I told them my gripe and told them to refund her account the same way they debited it and they would not even listen to me needless to say I am not nice anymore when I call them. Several times a day, everyday, untill they return the money that fraudulantly stole from my child.
