Robert Pickle will try his best to bend any rule or take advantage of anyone. For example, he has tried numerous time to cheat us out of one of our bedrooms by using it for storage. He told a perspective roomate that it was unsafe for living, then moved his old equipment into the area a week later.
Also, he has some nasty people that he moves in and out of the bottom part of our house. But, does Pickle pay for any of the extra electricity costs? Nope.
Pickle has tried to take advantage of us numerous times because we are college students and he thinks he can run over us. We have also suspected theft. Not to mention the fact that the only time you can find him is on the day his money is due. If you are considering moving in to a house owned by Robert, don't!!!
