RIPOFF Purposely sent me wrong item by covering lable with fake one! Original label underneath!

I ordered a DVD but it played a foreign film rather than what I had ordered. I noticed a fake printed label covering the original label of the foreign film. This was purposely done to me! The person behind with is Jamie B. Salvatori. I have emailed this person and am getting no reply!!!

Never ever order anything from Vat19 JBS (Jamie B. Salvatori)
