On 1/4 Buyers Union deducted $119.90 from my checking account. I have called 11 times since that date and have only gotten promises of upgrading my request to "higher priority" status. I received the request for refund and sent it back in. I even received a letter from Robin White, Account Manager, on May 9th which stated my "refund has been expedited and will send you your refund check as soon as possible."
I will next write the Attorney General's office and complain to them.
