Ripoff fraudulent India

For the past 4 weeks off and on by a guy with a thick arabian accent asking originally for a mrs. Meyers which is the last name of the guy who shares the phone with me. For three weeks every couple of days an arabian guy would call up my phone asking for a mrs meyers and I would tell him and sometimes a her they had the wrong number because the phone didn't have that name on it. Then they said they were pronouncing it wrong maybe, in the last few days when they finally got a hold of my room mate they promised him 12,500 dollar grant after paying a 29.95 dollar ammount which at the time I hardly even had that much. I told them I don't know about it and they said since my room mate didn't have an account they needed to know he would get access to the account possible to gain my favor to think it was suppose to be for him. Every time they called it was a different 3 - 5 number caller somehow. I told him I didn't know he said that if I rejected it right now I'd never be able to file for a grant or get assistance from the government. I asked them if they had a website, they said they had one but it was being worked on and that it was irrelevent since I wouldn't be able to do anything with it while it was being worked on. I asked again for it anyways. They went off about it being useless and I asked them if they could call back later on so I could check some stuff first and after looking at their website which said that 'My account was suspended, and an email would be sent to my account to explain why' I figured it was fake and chose to check online to see if anyone had had this problem before. After finding this website I may have saved myself a lot of problem with my accounts and one less change to my cards and info all over again. I mainly figured the website was bogus because of the fact I hadn't been even offered to enter anything at all before seeing the screen. I hope that none of you fall for the same mistake and hope something can be done against them eventually.
