Another ripped off by John Beck Ripoff

I am another victim of John Beck. Two friends and myself paid $10500 for the mentoring of America. I'm really nervous about getting my money back. I've had two mentoring sessions and what a joke they were! I knew than that I needed to get a refund. I called the Utah Division of Comsumer Protection and Mr. Pauga was somewhat rude and asked me if I could prove the fraud. I assumed that it must be common knowledge to his office. He did give me a number to call and called it, I got an answering machine saying that it would take 3-5 days to get back to me. I'm just sick about it... Please help.
