I ordered the system and was talked into a 3995 mentoring package on My 25th. I felt very pressured and called to cancel the next day 20 hrs later.
I could not get an answer and left a cancellation request. I felt very nervous and called my credit card company who told me I needed to get a hold of them to ask for my money back.
I called an hour later and my call was answered and I was told the refund request was on her desk and she would process it and cancel my order. I thought everything was finished.
Two days later I received a call from mentoring of america. I was told that I would have to explain why I was cancelling to see if he would give me a refund. I explained that the woman had already said she would process my refund and he stated that she was not authorized to do so. He was very rude and told me to call my credit card company and give them his number and that I would not be getting a refund.
I explained to him that I was sold a non'refund bit because if I were to learn this secret information that I couldn't give it back. I explained that it was not even 24 hours ago and that I had not learned any of the information.
I received a contract with the amount on my credit card to sign and send back to mentoring of america a day previous to his call and did not sign and send back as the woman told me my cancellation would be taken care of by her and agreed to by her.
My credit card company is out over memorial day and said to call back on tuesday. Can anyone help me?
