I am writting this because like many of you i am also a victim this corrupt company. I made the mistake of purchasing a vehicle from these voltures!!! I had no idea that i was not the only one out there with these problems. I could not pay for the repairs of the car and the car payments it was just tooo much!
First an oil leak from the engine then the whole cooling system and a broken radiator.in the end the tranny gave out. When i spoke to the company i tried to explain but they would just not listen or give me extra time to make my payments. They threatened to reposses i told them to do me the favor. The car sat in front of my house for 2 months before they actually picked it up!
Now i have to deal with the repo on my credit but what makes it worse is that since they changed names i now have 2 accounts against me, the original ugly duckling and now drivetime!!! It the same car but different account #'s and even different loan amounts?!! What do i do to get one or the other removed or even better yet both all together!!! Any suggestions???
