I would first like to apologize to all the customers I was unable to assist adequately while I was an employee at Ugly Duckling. I would like to extend my assistance to anyone and everyone that has purchased a vehicle from Ugly Duckling / DriveTime and are currently trying to get some satisfaction. I am very skilled at negotiations since that was my position with the company and I am aware of the inner workings of this company. This offer of assistance is available to individuals, attorneys, and media or any other group I have neglected to mention.
If you are looking for assistance please let me know with a response to this add and a little idea of the problem. Please do not list all the facts in your posting, as this is a public message board.
