They automatically deducted $199.00 from my bank account without authorization, and I sent them a letter on April 30th, along with a phone call and e-mail to refund my money. So far no credit has been received.
When I called them the second time, they said they would put me on the refund list? I immediately notified my bank they were not to process any more charges from this company.
To Date, no credit has been received
