I fell for the $4.95 sale after the saleswoman bugged and bugged about how great this offer really was. I decided to just get it to get the woman off the phone and then i would just cancel it as soon as i got the info in the mail.
Well of course i gave my account info and the next thing i knew i had been charged 129.90, but since i used my second account, which i rarely use except for little things, and i didn't have 129.90, my bank charged me the 30.00 for insufficient funds.
Because of that charge I got another 30.00 for a 6.00 purchase i had made earlier that would have covered had that Family Fun Pass not attempted to collect the 129.90. Every week after that they tried to charge me the 129.90 using different check numbers and different phone numbers... Even though i had put a stop on those checks. I called every 1-800 number affiliated with my bank to see if i could get my charges reversed.
In all I paid about $170.00 in charges because of this company that i am having a hard time getting back. My bank told me, call them and tell them to send us a letter saying it was their mistake and we will reverse the charges. I called FFP (Family Fun Pass) and just asked for a letter. The first time i called they hung up on me. The second time, the lady couldn't even understand me. She sounded Indian or foreign or something.
After about 20 minutes of arguing with her I just asked to speak to her supervisor. She told me her supervisor did not want to talk to me and to have my bank call them and they would explain the situation. They claimed that I never called to cancel the services but I'm positive that I did because I remember thinking this woman does not know what she is doing... No One has helped me at my bank or anywhere nad I fear my time is running out to do something about it... If anybody is doing anything about this company please, let me know... I need Help to get my money back...!!!
