My complaint about Blue Hippo Funding is that I ordered a computer from them back in Aug. I missed a couple of payments and was told that I would not receive my computer within the 13 wks that I was told but when I spoke with other customer service reps I was told that I would be receiving my computer in the 13 wks that they had promised.
Well that was in November and was told that I missed 2 payments and now I have to pay at 66% of the finance fee before receiving the computer. Well I paid the 66% back in March. When I spoke with someone on March 10th I was then told that it takes about 6 more weeks for my computer to be built and in my home by April 21. Well April 21st came and went and now they are telling me that I have to wait another 3 weeks for the computer to be shipped and in my home on May 10th.
Well I have contacted the local radio stations and television stations in my area and they will not be advertising any more of Blue Hippo's advertisments. I have also filed several reports to other news stations in my area and to our local cable network and I will see what the outcome of that will be. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and now have to wait until a response is received from them.
Blue hippo funding is a rip off and I strongly advise everyone not to purchase anything from them. They have dishonest employees who read from a script about the company and have no clue what they are up again when the customers call to get answers.
