When I placed order 10181556 with Video Professor I had the understanding that it was free with a $3.69 shipping charge. I then found a $69 charge on my bank statment, and called the company about it. I was given a return number, and told to send the extra cd I had not ordered back and the money would be returned to my account.
I sent it back 4 months ago and have as yet to get my money back. Further phone calls have only resulted in my being put on hold for long periods of time. When ever they find out what the subject of the call is you are put on hold never to hear from any one again.
I hold out little hope of ever seeing my money again because if costumer complaintes are any example Video Professor has been using using these deceptive business practices for a long long time
