I am a salon owner in toledo. I had been dealing with mike for almost a year and had just started realizing that he was not giving my returns back to salon resource, in fact he was using other salon returns to credit my bill and obviously some of my returns were being credited to other salons!
This whole thing has become a nightmare. Mike was fired about 3 months ago and kept no records of returns or any credits that I should be or should have received, resulting in a bill of over 1300.00!
Salon resource is not being very helpful. I have faxed all the information to them 3 times and I really am not getting anywhere with this.
This company is a TIGI supplier. They also supply back to basics, crew, OPI and many other brands of retail products available to hair salons.
A warnning to all hair salons... Be careful with this company.
Mike might also be working for another hair supply company or sales company. He is very nice and seems honest but as all con artists are, he is not to be trusted!
