The new management don't take responsibility for anything. If you have a problem they want you to take the claim to their provider. Their excuse is always that they put that on the small text on the lease.
I know residents who had problems with the Valet and they want them to claim to the valet company. Some others have problems with the locks on the doors and they wanted to talk to the locksmith.
They are also very rude. They have master key to your apartment and if you lock yourself out, they come, and open and then charge you $75 because they called a Locksmith which is not true.
I agree to pay the locksmith if he actually comes but this management wants to get as much money from you as they can.
