Premier Benefits-buyers Union, call One Unlimited ripped off acct at bank with over charges

I called on a phone card from premier benifits and was promissed 200.00 dollars in coupons and a calling card which i could cancell within 5 7 days if i didnt want it he day after i noticed my acct at the bank had two chargwes of 3.95 and wasnt sto be taken out until i had the card and they had another charge of 119.90 also that i had no idea of what that was for so i called the bank and reported this the bank says they will help but now i have to deal with an atm sevice company??? What do i do now. I have stopped all new transactions electronically but if they do it again what then..??? Thanks virginia wright
