Someone in my Department ordered toner from Total Imaging once. They are VERY pushy and claim that you get a BIG discount if you order from them. When I got the bill in, two toner cartridges were almost $600.00!!!
They called another professor in my Department trying to pull their scam again. He immediately direct them to me. I told them that I wanted no toner and did not want them soliciting this Department again.
Well, I get my credit card bill in and low and behold there is a charge from them for $650 this time. After one week of trying to call them to inquire about the order I finally did. The man (Ralph) was one of the rudest people that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
After arging with him for at least 20 minutes I was finally given an address to return the toner to. I did not have the chance to inquire about the shipping charges because the "Customer Service" rep told me that he was not going to talk anymore, he was just going to sit on the other end of the phone.
I can warn you - if your phone rings and it is someone from Total Imaging, just hang up!!!
