Here is a Copy of a Letter I Sent to my Credit card Company.
Did you know this company billing is not in the US but in Panama? I don't know if I will get my Money back but MyDietpatches.com will get tried of me calling everyday. I work at home two phone calls a day bugging them either they will give me my money back or cut off the phone.

I sent this Product back for a refund of $157.00 on 1/12/05. Called about refund around 2/15/05 was told computer was down and the matter would be taken care of. Called back 3/30/05 Talked to??? Ext 102 about the refund the computer was down again was told matter will be taken care of. I checked out their web page www.mydietpatches.com no longer works.
Called back and asked why the webpage was down. This is what I was told. Due to back orders they had to close the web page. They then tried to tell me they could not find my refund order but after I then her I talked to??? Today she found it pretty fast (computer was down still). I did try www.mydietpatch.com which works and the same company with the same address but their e-mail does not work.
I could not find my invoice for the purchase.
