I order the 7 day trial sample and canceled the folowing week through there email address. When I saw 2 weeks later they were charging me I explained to them that I did not authorize this transaction that I had cancelled. They told me to fax them my email cancellation in which I did and told the lady to call me at my home number so we could resolve this matter. She never called me and the next day I called back and they said there was nothing more they could do but for me to send it back when I recieved the order and they would give me a refund. Well that was about a month ago and still no refund.
