Ripoff: of award claim final notification

Yesterday I recieved a Award claim final notification.

The letter informed me that i wone 615,810.00 Euro.
The money was already secured to a security company called Santa Lucia Security Compony S.A.

I was asked to send back a fax with my bank information.

This company is listed as a fraude company, by carefull filling in forms and giving away bank information.
