Maria is SUPPOSED to be the manager at the apartments (Chapel Ridge at Stagecoach) This fat hoe tries to do everything she can to make peoples lives miserable. She has falsafied information in files because she doesn't like the person, but that's nothing unusual because she doesn't like anyone. She has called employers and had employees terminated from their jobs because of her lies and vindictive way.
This girl is the worst apartment manager that I have ever encountered. She never answers the phone when she is in the office. The hours are supposed to be from 9:00 to 5:00 but she has made her own hours. She'll tell you to meet her at 9:00 but her rude a* doesn't make it there until about 9:30. A tenant spoke with Maria and was not satisfied with the conversation, so she asked for her bosses number and Maria argued with her and hung up in her.
If there is a problem, don't complain to Maria because she does not get anything done. The person to contact is her boss, Balinda, she is a very nice lady and she knows how to do business.
